This course is designed to welcome new Learning Analysts to the team and help you understand how we design and build online courses at Symbiosis. You’ll learn about our processes, tools, and quality standards, and get familiar with the documents and systems we use every day.
Each module includes short activities and examples to help you practice what you learn. By the end of the course, you will feel confident working with your team, using our templates, and supporting the creation of high-quality online courses.

Recognize and analyze employment discrimination and sexual harassment issues
Evaluate contracts and assess their fulfillment in business scenarios

Prerequisites
No prior experience in instructional design is required. This course is ideal for new team members or interns who are beginning their learning journey in course design and development. A basic understanding of online learning and good communication skills will be helpful but not necessary.
